WordPress email sequences

Run professional drip campaigns on your own WordPress site

Nurture from Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce enrollments — or add an address by hand. Sequences send through the mail you already have (WP Mail SMTP or hosting mail). No Mailchimp tax, no extra CRM.

Why it exists

Agencies and operators who already run WordPress

If you already use Contact Form 7 and/or WooCommerce, enrollments start the nurture on the same site. No Klaviyo, no ActiveCampaign, no Zapier for a simple drip. First email goes out without leaving WordPress.

WordPress, Contact Form 7, and WooCommerce feeding a drip sequence
01

Keep leads on your site

Contacts, sequences, and tracking live in WordPress — not a rented list you lose when you cancel a tool.

02

Nurture from Contact Form 7

A successful form send enrolls the submitter. Lead magnet, quote, or “talk to us” — they enter the drip and every step runs unless they hit an exit.

03

Nurture from WooCommerce

Checkout, paid order, or both. Billing name and email start a welcome, upsell, or post-purchase sequence. Shop and follow-up stay in WordPress.

04

Look like a brand, not a blast

From name, from email, reply-to, signature, preview text, and send windows you control.

05

See what works

Opens, clicks, and per-contact activity without another analytics subscription.

06

Paste an address, run the whole drip

Manually add any email to an existing sequence. They start at Step 1 and receive every remaining email on the same delays as auto-enrolled leads.

07

Stop sending when they act

Define an exit: booked a call, purchased, replied, or any action you track. The rest of the sequence does not go out.

Sequence builder

Steps, delays, and brand — in WordPress

Build the flow once. Duplicate it when it works. Pause it when it should not send.

Multi-step drip sequence with delays and send windows
01

Multi-step drip emails

Subject, HTML body in the WordPress editor, and optional inbox preview text.

02

Delays you actually mean

Minutes, hours, or days. Optional “send at this clock time.” Instant Step 1 on enroll, or wait for the delay.

03

Merge tags

{{name}} and {{email}} in subject and body.

04

Timezone-aware send windows

Any time, weekdays 9–5, or no late-night sends.

05

Pause, activate, duplicate

Stop a whole sequence, or clone a proven flow.

06

Exit when the goal is met

Set a stop: purchase, form, booking, or a tag. Further steps are skipped so a converted lead is not still nurtured as a prospect.

Native integrations

Email nurturing through Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce enrollments

Auto-enroll is not a tag dump. The contact enters the sequence and the entire drip runs — delays, send windows, tracking, and exit rules included. No Zapier, no CSV.

Contact Form 7

Form submit starts the nurture

After a successful send, the submitter is enrolled in the sequences you choose — specific forms or all forms. Lead magnet, quote, or “talk to us”: they submit, they enter the drip, and every remaining email goes out unless they hit a stop rule.

WooCommerce

Checkout or paid order starts the nurture

Enroll from checkout, order completed, or both. Billing name and email begin a welcome, upsell, or post-purchase sequence. Shop and follow-up live in one WordPress admin. A later purchase can also be the action that stops a prospect drip.

Manual enroll and exits

Add any address. Stop the drip when they convert.

You do not need a form or an order. Paste an email into a sequence that already exists and they run the entire drip — Step 1 through the last email — on the delays you already defined. You also set when sending should stop, so a lead who books, buys, or takes another action is not still getting the rest of the nurture.

Manual enroll

One contact, one or many sequences

From WordPress admin, add a name and email to a live sequence. They start at the beginning and receive every remaining step unless they unsubscribe or hit an exit. Use it for imported lists, a sales handoff, or anyone who never filled your form.

Stop rules

Define when more emails should not go out

If the lead takes a certain action — paid order, booked call, tagged as customer, or a goal you set — remaining steps are skipped. Pause or move a single contact without shutting down the sequence for everyone else.

Delivery, tracking, unsub

Mail you already send — plus a queue

Instant first email or delayed first touch. Open and click tracking. One-click unsub.

Open and click tracking with unsubscribe for WordPress drip emails
01

Uses WordPress wp_mail()

Works with WP Mail SMTP, Mailgun, Amazon SES, and hosting mail you already have.

02

Forces your From / Reply-To

SMTP plugins do not rewrite the brand on sequence mail.

03

Queue every minute

Steps leave when they are due — not when someone remembers to hit send.

04

Open pixel and click tracking

Dashboard rates: sent, opens, unique opens, clicks. Contact list with enrollments, pause/resume, move, delete, and search.

05

Signatures and polish

Reusable HTML signatures, default per sequence, preview a step, test send.

06

Unsubscribe that holds up

Per-enrollment token link. Auto-footer. Skip Step 1, all steps, or off. Manual unsub by email for one sequence or all.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or another CRM?

No. Sequences, contacts, and tracking live in WordPress. Mail goes out through wp_mail() — the same path as WP Mail SMTP, Mailgun, or Amazon SES you already use.

Does it nurture people from Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce?

Yes. After a successful Contact Form 7 send, the submitter is enrolled in the sequences you choose (specific forms or all forms) and the full drip runs. WooCommerce can enroll from checkout, order completed, or both, using billing name and email — welcome, upsell, or post-purchase nurture without Zapier.

Can I add an email to a sequence by hand?

Yes. Paste a name and address into an existing sequence from WordPress admin. They start at Step 1 and receive the entire drip on the same delays as anyone enrolled from a form or checkout.

Can I stop the remaining emails if a lead takes an action?

Yes. You define when sending should stop — for example a purchase, a booked call, or a tag. Remaining steps are skipped for that contact. You can also pause or unsub one person without stopping the sequence for everyone else.

Can I control brand, timing, and unsubscribe?

Yes. From name, from email, reply-to, signature, preview text, and send windows are per sequence. Unsubscribe is a token link, with a one-click admin unsub if someone emails you to stop.

Is this a SaaS product?

No. It is a standalone WordPress plugin with its own tables on your site. Canceling a third-party email tool does not take the list with it.
