User Profile Registration

• Easy to fill form with optional and mandatory fields.
• Friendly messages if user does not fill in the profile fields.
• Error messages in top of every page, with arrows showing error fields.
• Option to have the profile posted with or without any admin approval.
• All profiles will be activated, before the user can continue to the next step (through email)
• Names, birthdates, email address, password will NEVER be shown under no circumstances.

My Account

Free members can:

• Edit/view/delete his/her profile.
• View members from his/her city.
• View latest members.
• View online members.
• View and respond to contact request.
• Create a bookmark/shortlist.
• Send message from templates only.
• Send virtual cards from templates only.
• See who has viewed the profile.

Paid members can:

• Send/Receive Message to Members.
• All other features listed for Free members
• View latest members.
• View online members.
• View and respond to contact request.
• Create a bookmark/shortlist.

Pictures

• All users may upload pictures. Pictures are only visible when admin grants permission.
• Users will be able choose between VISIBLE TO ALL, ONLY VISIBLE TO ACCEPTED USERS and HIDE MY PICTURES. According to the choice, informing images will be shown to other users. Avoid users trying to save pictures of others.

Messaging system

• Users will have access to messaging system containing INBOX, DRAFTS, SENT MESSAGES and TRASHCAN.
• Messaging system will be build with HTML styling and with possibility of inserting smile's in text.
• Also the user may have an option of forwarding messages to registered email address (meaning email address is not shown).
• Sending messages will ONLY possible for members!

User statistics

All users can access personal statistics including

• How many times profile has been view (1 count per registered user, unlimited counts from guests)
• Who has viewed the profile
• How many requests the user has sent for contact (show users)
• How many requests the user has received for contact (show users)
• How many have denied request for contact (show users)
• How many users have accepted request for contact (show users)
• Percentage showing of how effective the user is (responding requests)

Other Features

• All users will have easy access to contact admin
• Sending images to each other (flowers etc.)
• Creating a "Favorite list"
• Receiving forgotten password and changing possibility of password.
• Automatic finding match profiles
• Articles (full article for members only)

Administrator module

The administrator module will be the center of all and complete administration of the site. This requires full access to maintain and develop the complete site and its services. The site handles:

• User administration
• Membership view and control
• Security issues
• Errors on site shown to users
• Communication between members
• User access time
• Banner uploading
• Possible statistics

Search

The search function will be based on two systems, Quick and advanced search. The Quick search is made upon:

• Gender
• Age
• Living in
• With or without pictures

The advanced search is based on more specific demands to the results, through search options are given as collected information from users.

The new function in advanced search is that settings can be saved for future searches.

Functionality

• Send request to the same user can ONLY happen 2 times
• Every time admin changes anything on a given profile, the user will be informed by mail.
• Activation will happen within 48 hours. After 24 hours an email will be sent again. When 48 hours are gone, the system will automatically delete the profile and send a mail to the user, that the profile has been deleted.
