When you are doing web site yourself or your web design company is doing it for you - normally one thing has strong emphasis that is TO DO THE INNOVATIVE website and this many times damages user experience.

There is no point in choosing the design that is visually appealing but is complex for its users. They won’t understand the heck out of it. Remember when you make them puzzled - they have one simple browser option that is the BACK button.

So, what’s the point? It’s not the point; It is indeed a factor, a thought, a principle that should be running on your mind when you are designing the site, that is: Keep your USERS in mind and do everything they feel easy about.

For instance, if your users like short forms, do it. If they are lazy about filling forms? Provide visible phone number and email and let them contact you via other means.

Example: Buttons are buttons (people see and think yes they are clickable) | Links are not button - if links are placed - people will not recognize whether they are clickable or not (by doing this you are making them think - which they don’t like)
